I am writing to address the concerns and queries regarding the access to the ENNIA and other insurance funds currently held in Merrill Lynch accounts, as per the United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of New York under case no. 18-12908(MG). This matter was presided over by Honorable Martin Glenn, United States Bankruptcy Judge, with the ruling given on January 29, 2019.
